Current preview, in plain language
The current Preview does not ask for your name, email address, payment details, wallet address, token balance, wallet signature, seed phrase, private key, or an on-chain transaction. If wallet connection, card issuance, or cashback distribution is introduced, this Policy will be updated before those features go live.
This Privacy Policy explains how TRON Network Ltd. and its affiliates (together, "TRON", "we", "us", or "our") process personal data when you access the TRON Card Preview concept experience (the "Preview").
Scope and controller
This Policy applies only to the Preview hosted at tron-card-preview.viniciusmanleft.workers.dev. It does not replace the privacy policies of tron.network, TRONSCAN, wallets, card issuers, payment partners, or other third-party websites reached through links.
The controller is TRON Network Ltd. and its affiliates. Correspondence may be sent to Craigmuir Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands, or to legal@tron.network.
Data we process

Purposes and legal bases
We process information only as needed to:
- deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Preview;
- remember language and concept-flow choices;
- understand campaign attribution and interface performance; and
- meet legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and services.
Depending on where you are located, the legal basis may be our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Preview, steps requested by you, compliance with law, or consent where required.
Browser storage and cookies
The Preview uses localStorage and sessionStorage for the limited purposes described above. Its current code does not set its own HTTP cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies depending on the security and functionality services enabled and the response to risk.
If non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are added, we will update this Policy and provide a consent mechanism where applicable law requires one.
Retention
sessionStorage generally lasts until the browser session ends. The language preference in localStorage remains until it is replaced or deleted. In-memory events end when the page unloads. Cloudflare's retention depends on the active service configuration and its applicable terms. Information available to us is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and the defense of legal claims, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may verify your identity only as needed to protect you and other users.
Security and children
We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. The Preview is not intended for anyone under 18 or under the applicable age of majority, and we do not knowingly seek personal data from children.
TRON will never ask you to disclose a seed phrase or private key through this Preview.
External links and updates
Third-party websites, wallets, documentation, and partner services are governed by their own policies. We do not control their practices. We may update this Policy when the Preview, our providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest update, and material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice.
